For mechanical performance perfection of cement-based material, toughening materials are often added to the cement system, such as solid particles, carbon-based or other inorganic/organic materials. Compared with materials, have better compatibility and more likely form a cross-linked network structure in which can significantly improve properties stone. In this review, new type material ZRJ-S1 was used additive reinforce oil well cement. experiment, explored microlevel scale showed thin-layer sheet morphology. With static mechanical-strength test, reinforced found excellent improvement when 0.05 wt% used, that is, compressive strength improved 150.9% control sample, splitting tensile 134%, flexural 129.2%. Furthermore, weight percentage superiority researched by dynamic stress-train test elasticity Poisson ratio 74% formed modulus reduced 65.4% resisting damage. The effect on microstructure studied. As result, bridging for completion crack deflection controlling microcrack propagation, pulling-out preventing immediate fracture itself.
